Tenderloin

One tenderloin roast with fat - 400 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes

One tenderloin roast without fat - 400 degrees for 1 hour

Rolled Rib

  6 lb rolled rib - 15 min at 450 degrees down to 325 degrees 3 hours

10 lb rolled rib - 15 min at 450 degrees down to 325 degrees 3-1/2 hours

Crown Pork Roast

Cook crown side down for 3 hours at 325 degrees

Hams

15 min per pound at 325 degrees - undercook rather than overcook

Boneless Pork Roast

325 degrees for 2-1/2 to 3 hours

                                                                   

Beef Tenderloin 3 to 4 lbs.

Season the night before store in a large ziploc bag

¨       Dry rub

                Garlic powder, lawry’s seasoning salt, cracked pepper, onion powder,

                and any other favorite spices

                Rub into the meat

¨       Refrigerate overnight

¨       Broil for 5 min each side

¨       Bake at 250 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes

¨       Slice into 1” pieces

¨       Serve with horseradish sauce and Knorrs peppercorn sauce

Beef Roast

25-30 min per pound at 325 degrees
