  • 10 lb rolled rib - 15 min at 450 degrees down to 325 degrees 3-1/2 hours

  • Cook crown side down for 3 hours at 325 degrees

  • 15 min per pound at 325 degrees

Boneless Pork Roast

  • 325 degrees for 2-1/2 to 3 hours                                                

Beef Tenderloin 3 to 4 lbs.
